Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are handmade and personalized, all sales are final. Your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.

1) Cancellations & Returns

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at republicafiesta@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:

• Send a replacement, or
• Issue store credit (no cash refunds).

3) Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order is accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. For lost packages, we’ll assist with next steps to the extent possible.
